Our goal is to provide our customers with fast, accurate, and high-quality service. Therefore, in addition to our standard business practices, we always assign a number of customer representatives appropriate to our customers' workload. We allocate a sufficient number of staff to ensure our services are completed within business hours. Overtime is only required in exceptional circumstances, as part of our work schedule. We never attempt to economize by employing fewer staff than the job requires.
